Hi everyone and welcome to my pledge page! I've decided to embark on a journey beyond anything I could imagine and help those in need. To be the voice of those who cannot be heard and help the fight for Crohn's and Colitis. I was diagnosed with Ulcerative colitis August 1st 2009, weak, anemic, suffering pneumonia, a deathly blood count, and a blink away from death with only 4-6 weeks left to live. 5 blood transfusions, a positive mind, and love, I am still here to tell my story and continue to inspire others. I'm taking my stories to the streets and will be running 10k's and half marathons to raise money for The Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of America. All the proceeds will go to this charity to find the cure. Any donation will be greatly appreciated for this cause. The first race of the year will be the San Jose Rock n Roll 10k in October! I will be training all summer long to get ready and will be spreading the word for everyone to donate and pledge for IBD awareness <3 thank you for your time and I'll see you at the finish line!
